This video shows a Taiwan partridge foraging in the mountainous forests of Chiayi county in Taiwan. The Taiwan partridge, or hill partridge, is one of three endemic species of grouse on the island of Taiwan.
The droning in the background is the sound of cicadas in the surrounding forest. This video was shot from a blind in the Dingbenzai area.
